David' philosophy is that the most successful Real Estate transactions are the result of combining market knowledge with personal relationships. He studies the residential housing market, and stays abreast of all current trends and fluctuations. He also understands that every client is unique and has specific wants and needs.
David believes that open communication is the key to serving people. That starts with listening, being accessible, keeping all parties well informed, and staying in contact after closings to ensure that his clients remain satisfied with the service they've received.
David is a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, along with Utah and National Association of Realtors. That means he can be counted on to maintain the highest ethical standards for Realtors. His number one priority, no matter the type of transaction, is always to look out for his clients' best interests.
Buying or selling a home should be approached with professionalism, knowledge, and negotiating skills. But, it should also be acknowledged that every transaction is very special to each client, and it should be an exciting and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
David graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Theatre Arts, and from the University of Utah with a Masters in Business Administration. He followed a successful career in theatre management with 15 years of marketing and negotiations in "Corporate America" before taking on Real Estate. He has experience working with everyone from starving-artists to high-powered executives, and looks forward to working with you. He currently lives in Holladay, UT with his wife Nicole and son George.
