Matthew Lidbetter was raised and educated in the UK where he achieved a BA Hons in Business and Finance, after starting his career as an estimator and surveyor in the construction industry he transitioned to the IT industry where in 1992 he formed a Telecommunications company www.qdos.co.uk specializing in digital Hotel Solutions, being at the forefront of the on-line experience and the digital age with Multi Media and Guest High Speed Internet Access.
His knowledge and experience of digital marketing grew, working with leading Global Hospitality brands to deliver world class Guest Experience in a highly competitive market .
Having been a regular visitor and property investor in the Blue Mountains since 2003, Matthew sold the UK business in 2007 to a publicly listed company and emigrated from the UK to begin the next phase of his life with his wife and 4 children.
In 2010 Matthew joined Royal LePage Locations North as a Sales Representative and has worked with numerous clients providing a full marketing solution, focusing on digital where his in-depth experience is able to drive targeted consumer groups to the web where properties will be seen for the first time by interested buyers.

Matthew is passionate about IT, Customer Service, Digital Marketing and Real Estate in all areas of the Residential Market and serves on the Board of the Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors® as chair of IT and Technology Committee having previously been chair of the Finance committee. He and the BlueMountain Property Team are able to advise on all types of purchase including :- Investment, Full-time, vacation, re-location (including international) and retirement.
