Gone are the days when mountain towns go dormant in the Summer. People
have discovered that Steamboat has four seasons with year-round world
class amenities.

Tim moved from Chattanooga, TN to Steamboat Springs, CO in 1993 after
graduation from the University of Dayton to pursue a career living in
the mountains and fish guiding. After visiting numerous places
throughout Colorado and the West, the decision was made to choose
Steamboat Springs. It was an easy decision for Tim, because Steamboat
checked off every box of criteria that he was seeking.

Tim gained Orvis endorsement from a Jackson Hole outfitter, became a
professional fly-fishing guide/instructor and still guiding today on
occasion. He owned/operated a service-oriented transportation company,
Sweet Pea Tours, for 10 years from 1997-2007. At Sweet Pea Tours, we transported guests to Strawberry Park Hot Springs.

In 2006, as a full time real estate broker Tim witnessed the Steamboat
market climb to its peak. The real estate Bubble burst around 2008, and
since then, the local real estate market has steadily climbed out of its recessionary period. Being of part of the Steamboat community for the past 20+ years and watching Ski Town USA's commercial and residential growth is one way Tim can add value to his client relationships. The ability to listen and understand his client’s real estate needs and translate those needs into their ideal location makes it easy to work with Tim. Whether you are looking to move to Steamboat Springs permanently or for investment property, Tim can help you navigate through the market and assist in your decision of where to purchase in the Yampa Valley.Bridget Boehm (Australian) and Tim met on the slopes in the Winter of 95-96, an Epic winter. They were married a year later and have two wonderful daughters who were born and have been raised here in Steamboat. Bridget and Tim consider their children and themselves lucky to be able to experience life growing up in such a special place.
