Mary Bransford Leader was born in the Bay Area and raised in Salt Lake City. Educated on both coasts, she attained Degrees in Art History and in Communications. She has had the good fortune to live and study abroad.
After two years in Munich, Mary returned to California where she resided for 25 years. Her work experience included the 1984 Olympics, working for the LAOOC - where she met her husband Lindon - and during the Games helping manage the Santa Barbara Olympic Village.
While living in Pasadena, Mary helped Lindon start a well respected graphic design company and hosted great New Year's Day parties from their office on Colorado Boulevard. Prior to moving to Park City, Mary worked for the Department of Interior managing Community Relations for The Presidio of San Francisco, one of America's newest National Parks.
The Leader family made a definite lifestyle change when they moved to Park City in 2001.
Prior to joining Summit Sotheby's International Realty, Mary was a Top Producer locally at Jess Reid Real Estate and Prudential Utah Real Estate. She joined Ligety, Sharp & Leader in 2008, where she has contributed to the team receiving the Prudential Chairman's Circle Award annually.
Mary specializes in the Deer Valley and Empire Pass markets. A fifth generation landowner in Summit and Wasatch counties, Mary has followed the Flagstaff Mountain Development (now known as Empire Pass) since 1991 and regularly interfaces with local officials and commissions representing her family's land holdings.
Mary enjoys living in Park City with her husband Lindon and is the mother of two daughters; both who reside in Los Angeles.
