Brittany was born in Boulder, CO, raised in Bethesda, MD and completed high school locally at Bishop Verot HS. She attended Florida State University where she received her B.S. with a double major in Retail Merchandising Product Development and Textile Science, a minor in Business and has completed graduate course work towards a Masters in Merchandising. Brittany graduated with honors and earned the leadership award within the College of Human Sciences at FSU.

Brittany joined the real estate business in September of 2014. She served 2 years as the Sales Manager for a custom home builder leading a fruitful sales team and achieving just under $10,000,000 in sales. When the opportunity with Royal Shell came available Brittany graciously accepted the opportunity.
With previous experience in custom home builds, land sales/purchases, 55+ Communities, Independent and Assisted Living, she brings a knowledgeable, intuitive approach to clients looking to sell or purchase in the SWFL market no matter what their home needs are. Her strengths in sales, management and marketing add positively to the Royal Shell Real Estate team, and her nature is to help others.
With nearly 7 years of outside sales experience Brittany is adept at developing territories, fostering key relationships with valuable clients and consistently thinking “outside the box” to achieve new listing clients. She’s tenacious, but gentle. Using a solution driven, educative, personalized system for selling that continually puts her sales leaps and bounds above the competition. She is able to assist her clients in the processes of moving cross country or within town.
With 10 years of marketing experience Brittany is able to quickly sell her client’s home, demanding higher than average sales prices and smooth, easy transactions all around. She is a good listener and a quick study, enabling her to grasp what the client has in mind, generating informational responses for clients with high expectations. This boosts the satisfaction level of new clients’ right from the start as Brittany moves the process along in a most timely fashion, always fostering a sincere trust as the basis of the relationship.
Brittany enjoys barrel racing, offshore fishing, camping, hunting, country line dancing, marksmanship and working out. She and her husband Bradley have 2 sons, and 2 daughters. They also have a German Shepherd “Fury” and a European Great Dane “Doc”.
