I have proudly been in the Sales and Customer Service industry for well over ten years. My first Sales experience was with Bally Total Fitness where I managed to claim the Salesman of the Year Award in my rookie year. My determination to always succeed, understand and satisfy my clientele with exceptional and friendly customer service also allowed me to successfully manage a team of six sales professionals for three years. For the next seven years I was employed by Fitness Source, a division of the Forzani Group of companies, which was later purchased by Canadian Tire Corporation. In my seven year career at Fitness Source I effectively managed three locations prior to becoming the Sales & Training Manager for the entire network of stores. As the Sales & Training Manager, I coached the sales staff on successful techniques to improve the customer experience, lead management, sales and product knowledge. Shortly thereafter I was promoted to Sales & Training Manager at Athletes World, a banner of 53 stores also owned by Forzani/Canadian Tire. At Athletes World I also assisted in the development and implementation of “The Drive for Five”, an employee incentive program which successfully increased sales and focus.
In the last ten years I have learned what it means to provide exceptional customer experiences.
