I moved to the Phoeinix area in February of 2003 from Rochester, NY and settled in WestWing Mountain in the summer of 2004. I was tired of the lack of sunshine and the abundance of cold weather! I grew up on a farm near Buffalo, NY, served in the Army as a Military Police Officer, and then worked in the automotive field for about 8 years. I also had a career in golf and worked as an assistant professional for nearly 7 years. I became a Realtor in 2004 and although I have helped clients all over the valley, have focused on the West Valley Real Estate Market. All my life I’ve been in the service business and what is more important than exceptional service in real estate?
I live in the Casa Del Rey community in North Peoria. I play golf in my spare time and enjoy camping, off road riding and cooking.
As many people have, I’ve found in an average real estate transaction there are many opportunities for communication gaps. I take pride in keeping my clients informed as well as protected throughout the process.
Realtors have a code of ethics to live by to protect their clients and to be honest with all parties. I take that to heart and you’ll see the difference when you work with me.
My Standards of Business Practice
I hold clients interests above mine.

I stay in touch with the client(s) throughout the process.
I am always available.
I will not refer a third party without having complete faith in the service they provide.
I encourage my peers to hold the highest standards.
I am completely honest with all parties involved.
