Nick has spent the last 23 years in the real estate industry. In the last 14 years, Nick has managed his own successful Real Estate offices where he has built up several large rent rolls and Property management, Luxury sales and project marketing divisions.
Over the years Nick has gained extensive experience in liaising with larger landlords and companies as well as local Government to make sure the greatest return is given to all property owners through efficient time management, conflict resolution and clear communication between all parties.
At 23 years of age Nick was given the responsibility of licensee in charge of a large and successful suburban branch office. Nick is very good at efficiently managing large teams of staff within a variety of project settings always ensuring clear and effective communication to accomplish goals and complete projects within budgeted time frames.
Nick is a natural born leader and always gets the best out of his staff he manages. He is a people person, with a "can do" attitude who builds relationships quickly with staff as well as new and existing clients alike.
