“Your Success is our Success”. Our goal with buyers and sellers is to give realistic expectations, qualified guidance, and extraordinary service. We focus our business model on QUALITY rather than the typical real estate model of QUANTITY.
Born in the suburbs of Chicago, Sean was raised on the values of the midwestern work ethic, which still drives him to this day. He moved to the mountains of Utah in 1993 to pursue his dream of competing as a professional snowboarder. He has appeared in numerous snowboard magazines and action films, and was a snowboard stunt double for “Turtle” on HBO’s hit show Entourage.
After “living the dream” Sean turned his ability of strong focus and dedication to his passion for art through advertising design and quickly carved a strong niche in the Park City real estate market. Using his innovative marketing skills, he directed the promotion of many new construction developments in Park City and Salt Lake City.
In 2005, Sean joined Prudential Utah Real Estate as a sales associate and spent much of his time working in Old Town and the Colony. In 2011 he earned his Associate Broker license and was recruited to join Summit Sotheby’s Intl Realty. Currently he serves as the chair of the Park City Board of Realtors marketing committee. Sean enjoys working alongside his wife, Heather Peterson Matyja, and the two together recently sold out the 820 Park Avenue new development at the site of the historic Rio Grande building in Old Town.
